What thickness is that on the outer arches and the main rails? What method do you use to bend your parts? A rosebud on a torch and heat it up till you can hammer it with a mallet? Nice work homey. I’m stuck out here in Jersey building my 82 Monte with no help or guidance because no one wants to give up info not even the shops that I bought parts and kits from smh. KZread is my only resource at this point, so I appreciate you showing all this.

What weldr are you useing

I have a 63 frame I want to use on my 1964, I'm not ready for hydrolics yet but I want to do the frame first...I want it to be strong enough to handle as crazy as I want to go... I would like a rough estimate to do my frame like that...? How do I get in contact directly with you to get a time frame, deposit amount, etc.?

What’s up with the bridge to axle alignment ?? It doesn’t need to be straight up and down ?

Wats up man good work I’ve been watching your videos but how do we get estimates I have my 83 regal I’m working on the engine I was thinking of taking just the frame to someone to reinforce and make it hydraulic ready nothing big or show just reinforced for family cruising, 3 wheel and maybe now and then a small hop to show off you know what I mean… mostly family fun cruiser. But yea I don’t see how to get in touch if it’s possible…

You get down homie how much does this run and did you reinforce it so much becuase it's a hopper frame?

Is that 1/4 inch or 3/16th thick plate and is 3/16th plate suitable for reinforcement??

Frame is 3/16" plated Bessey C-Clamps Are King the Big Dogg Ones For Applying metal to frame.

Box or thick ass drawling paper Press up against frame with baby c clamps then trace out with a marker
