The language the female singer was speaking is Arabic which is the main language spoken in 22 countries including Palestine, in most of these countries there is also a second language spoken, often the language of the colonizers, like English or French. There are also different ethnic groups within each country, while majority identify as Arabs, there are also different ethnicities such as Amazigh in North Africa (North Africa includes countries like Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Sudan, Egypt), Druze and Kurds in the levant area (the Levant is a region that includes Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Palestine). The main language spoken in Palestine is Arabic, but they also speak English as a second language, since it was previously under the British Occupation and is currently occupied by the settler colonialist project that is defined as the 'state of Israel'. Israel is intended as a homeland for Jewish people, in 1948 what Palestinians define as the Nakba (catastrophe) took place, in which the Jewish/Israeli army aided by the British army took over multiple Palestinian villages and cities, killing, raping, and ethnically cleansing Palestinians, the natives to the land, displacing around 750,000 people who later became refugees in different parts of the world, majority of whom living in neighbouring countries like Jordan and Lebanon. The aim of the settler colonialist project of Israel is to maintain a Jewish majority in the state of Israel and to maintain an apartheid system that allows Jews a first class citicenship while the non Jewish population (which includes Palestinians and Arabs living in the occupied territories of 'Israel' as well as the occupied territories of the West Bank and Gaza) are treated as second or third class citizens not being granted the same rights as the Jewish population. The language spoken in Israel is Hebrew, however since the Jewish population is made up of Jews from different parts of the world, most of whom have a different passport from the country they were born in before going to Israel and being granted citizenship on the basis of being Jewish, which means a lot of them speak different languages as well.

Isreali is not an ethnicity they speak hebrew but you can be from enywhere and have to be jewish you have an authomatic right to live in israel you have a lot of european, african... jewish living there. Now palestinian is an ethnicity they speak arabic but genetically are not really arabs just like a lot of other arabs speaking countries just like speaking english doesn't make you british. Nope Jewish is not an ethnic group. Jewish people are of different ethnicities. Its a religion and a cultural identity. Jews can be white, black and even Arabic in the case Mizrahi Jews originating from Palestine pre-1948.
