Lowest Ride Height for The Maxima (Got Stuck)
In this video we installed the springs from Sprinrates and lowered the back suspension of the maxima. It was fairly easy to do but man I was no ready for what came after. Transmission pans taking a L, my frame getting hit, and so much more. Tune in because the swap is coming up real fast adn I am excited to record and put it all on camera for y'all. The past couple months have been very funny with the Just remember me when I’m gone. This maxima has been through more than most cars and still is running and will be doing so much more.

I’m currently collecting all the parts needed to make this manual swap happen. So far I have acquired the transmission, the starter, the flywheel, the clutch, the clutch pedal, the one shifter assembly, transmission mount, axle seals, mount bolts, pressure plate bolts, flywheel bolts, master cylinder, and slave cylinder, shifter cable and the clutch fluid reservoir. I’m missing the axle spacer from a35_6mt. We working on something big here. I promise to deliver.
My car is a 2013 Nissan Maxima SV. It is slightly modified and I plan on doing so much more to have her where I want her to be. I hope you enjoy the content I will post on here as often as I can. Thank you for the continuous support and see you in the Next video.

Can you leave the stock springs in the rear and put on the Coilovers?

If the Coilovers don’t have the spring ls arlesdy on then yes but you may have a bouncy ride if you lower the car on stock springs. I recommend the all in one strut because adjusting the springs in the bucket is nasty work

eBay, it was black, it’s a universal 3pcs front lip, o just trimmed it down and screwed it to the back
@thisbgama love your vids man I just got a question. I know you had your max for a while and I was just wondering did you ever had water leak in the middle of your car where the exhaust and the front brackets are ?(it’s dripping where the bracket is on the right side) I hit a pretty big speed bump in walmart parking lot today that was the same color as the road going about 10mph smh. I looked under and water was dripping at a pretty constant rate. I’m not sure if it’s just the condensation from the A/C or Exhaust cause I do live in AZ. And I don’t think it would be coolant cause it was odorless and clear. I’m still new to this car stuff so I’m a little hesitant on driving it. Any thoughts ?

Now I know you not gonna sneak the manual transmission shot at the end and think it would remain unnoticed. So ummm, what’s going on with that? ha I have a 2012 Maxima and do all the work myself.

I love this gen max so much i got a 2010 civic EXl with 178k miles and wanna sell it and get a 2012 i seen with 120k miles for 7k is that a good deal and at 120k miles will the transmission last alot longer?

That’s not a Bad trade in terms of mileage. It really would depend on how good of a care the previous owner took. Abs this is not a car you can beat on, biggest weakness is flooring it from a standstill. It’s no made for crazy high speeds but it’s a great car!

If you’re gonna leave the car stock and not mess with performance I say Honda civics or accords. All cars break the bank once you start messing with things because quality costs

aye bro i have a 14 7th gen and i swapped out my passenger side axle cause the car would shake violently at 60mph and once i fixed it it didn’t shake the car but now my steering wheel shakes around 50mph yk what it is ?? i swapped my back shocks, passenger axle, i got 20s on it

Handful of things bro. Make sure you get your wheels balanced and rotated first. Then go for an alignment.
