Bhai sab, ethically or Jo bhi hai. Virar does not come in Mumbai. Virar comes in Palghar district of Maharashtra. Mumbai is 90 kms from Virar and takes 2.5 hours to reach Mumbai CSMT station. Rents toh low hi hongay. In Monsoon in heavy rains the area is fully flooded.

@@sahiljha13 so according to you Palghar district in which Virar is located is in Mumbai. Check in google in which district Virar is located. It's about 90 kms from main Mumbai. By the time one reaches main Mumbai CSMT station from Virar West, one can reach Bhilad in Gujarat and Silvassa from Virar West. In Monsoon Virar is flooded even train tracks.

Mumbai district starts from Dahisar check naka and Dahisar is just 30 mins away from virar by local train, your knowledge is dead my bruh

@@sahiljha13 Dahisar check naka is 43 kms from Virar and takes more than an hour to reach Dahisar check naka that is starting point to Mumbai. And you are showing an hour away from Mumbai boundary as Mumbai. That is height of feku giri bro.

A month rent, if anyone want more cheap rents, go little far from Virar and you will reach Gujarat. Virar is very very far from Mumbai city. By the time you reach Mumbai, one can reach much before time in Gujarat state.

@@ganeshsingh5635 Look, there are different types of apartments / Villas in Vasai-Virar region. In Mumbai city limit's nearest point Dahisar, for a 2 BHK decent flat you will pay 2 crores. In the same amount in Vasai-Virar you will get a 4 BHK bangalow , walkable distance from station, in a super-rich neighbourhood with very upscale neighbours. In Vasai's Ambadi road I happend to vist few such Banglaows's while I was home searching. 2 cr was price at 2017-18. Not sure about current prices though. Even If you are staying in a equivalent-to-slum like society , it is still better than slum-redeveloped apartments of Mumbai. When I was searching for flat I happened to see one of the slum-redeveloped-societies in Goregaon. 1 RK in that society costed 3 times the price of 1 BHK in a decent well built township aparment in Vasai. The whole apartment complex in Goregaon west near Bangur Nagar, was stinking like Garbage. People staying over there, wasting their money will also proudly say " I am in staying in Mumbai, Virar is not even Mumbai" . I cound not even imagine living at that society, even if offered for free. If you happened to live in such an apartment in Virar, please look for better options. No need to go beyond Dahisar for that. Just search nearby you have many.

@@ganeshsingh5635 There are all kinds of apartments here just like elsewhere in Mumbai. Slum -redeveloped apartments in Mumbai are worst too. Find some better apartment where decent people lives , it will be still 1/3rd or 1/4th cost of even Dahisar- Borivali.

Does it make any difference? When you are connected by local train every 4 minutes to anywhere in Mumbai? Only fools will say "virar is not mumbai " , " thane is not mumbai" and all and pay 10 times more rent to stay within a virtual admininstrative limit of Mumbai corporation limits! . Also Mumbai is within Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), though not within Mumbai corporation (MCGM). So based on the perspective wth which you look at it, it is well within Mumbai (on MMR perspective). Dont try to divert new migrants saying "not mumbai" and all . let new comers stay peacefully in suburbs with lower cost of living.
