    Hey Josh, good job doing all that suspension work which is dirty and even a little scary sometimes. Those 2 shops in Everett, I'm kind of amazed because I lived in Everett for several years and I don't think there was anything like that there at the time. There was a good alignment shop in Bellevue at one time that did good chassis and suspension work on my Talon. They put H&R springs and KYB struts on it for me, and lots of other stuff. But that shop has gone downhill since then I think. Thanks for showing that clip at 22:57 because I didn't know 425 was doing stuff like that either. But Speedware had an awesome shop that did high-end fabrication work on people's race cars. The guy that runs 425 was the shop lead man at the old Speedware that was in Bellevue. It looks to me like he is turning 425 into a reincarnation of Speedware, which I'm glad to see. He is the guy who told me way back in about 2005 that my Talon would be able to pass Washington emissions without a cat. I wasn't even a customer of theirs, I just called them on the phone with some questions. Really enjoyed the Kirkland lakeshore scenes! #family

    Really good review and install. Thank you. I have those on my VB. Looks amazing. Corners like it's on rails. Not overly bouncy. Unless you hit a bump or a pot hole at higher speeds. It hurts! They will settle quite a bit. Ride height is actually perfect. Not too low to cause scraping, but low enough to look more aggressive. I've had mine for about 4 months. After all said and done. Good if in a pinch. But I'm definitely going to be upgrading to full coilovers for comfort. Either the Revel Touring or Cygnus Comfort. So just a little regert. IDK if H&R would be better. My guess is it's not. Though both are German companies, Eibach are made in the USA!

    I am not experiencing this with my set up. Did you make sure the coil was set correctly against the spring perch on the bottom of the strut? I hope you get it sorted out. Thanks for watching.

    hey man, just did those on my 2019 and only droped 1/2 inch, am a bit dissapointed. Also my mechanic wich is a friend? charged me 620$ cash to do it. How long did it take you to do the mod? Im curious to know how much of a friend he really is. Thanks!

    I did the install in about 4 hours. My springs took a little to settle to get the full 1 inch drop in ride height. I personally think this ride height is perfect and still find it challenging to scrapping over speed bums and step curbs or hills. I definitely would not want my car any lower than this. I would like some sway bars though.

    Yes the suspension is more comfortable compared to stock. Car is smoother on the freeway for sure, no more bouncy feeling. Car also feels more planted at high speeds. I let my friend drive my car last week, he owns a stock 22 wrx. He was very impressed with the suspension as well.

    Dang nice man! Was looking at Coilovers lately for the next upgrade but I think I will take this route as it fits my budget a bit better. Also the only thing I am questioning myself on is the part about trimming the Bumpstop. I've never worked with suspension before so I'm confused. Thanks for another great install video! #Family

    Trimming the bump stop is very easy. My battery died and I missed the footage. Just make sure not to damage the shock assembly when cutting. Thanks for watching!

    Good video , but have to be honest I followed everything on this and the control arms are no good , 2 local shops told me get rid of them the design is no good and should spent little more on better ones caused me a lot of heart ache and has anyone get noise from the spring when hitting Decent bumps

  • @JDMRightHandDrive

    @JDMRightHandDrive

    I have not had any issues with these control arms and I have been running them for over 6 months, my alignment is perfect and tires are wearing evenly. I dont get suspension noise over bumps with my car. The only noise I hear is tight turns into a parking spot at slow speeds, the front springs make a little noise.
