我吃了五年降血壓藥,在2015 開始減重後一年內體重下降13公斤,血壓竟然降到101/67 心跳從100降到76。已經持續到現在(2024) 高血壓的藥在2016就停了,肝功能指數全部正常,所以要降血壓最好從飲食習慣改變,生活習慣改變,現在血壓都在120/67以下,心跳也在76左右。所以跟醫生配合就有望降血壓與停藥。

@@user-mz4vl3gw9f 首先問醫生,再來上網查詢。 我個人經驗可以分享給你,最主要是減重,少鹽少糖,肉類可吃但烤的炸的少吃,澱粉質少吃,特別是精緻的澱粉質/如白麵包白饅頭米飯也少吃,如果你一天吃三餐那晚餐就不要吃澱粉質,我現在是168(一天24小時,只有八小時吃,剩下16小時都不吃)一天只吃兩餐,下午兩點以後只喝水,剛開始很難作到,但要有勇氣面對,如果覺得肚子餓,那只能吃青菜,不過要加一點橄欖油潤滑腸道好排便,事在人為。我兒子最近一個月瘦七公斤,吃水煮的雞胸肉為主,其它配合吃。對我來說減重後血壓自然降下來,甚至三酸甘油脂與肝功能指數也好了(肝包油)。記得先問醫生或營養師,我也只是我的經驗而已,謝謝指教。

我六年多前很胖時,我有高 血壓問題有吃降壓藥,後來我減肥瘦下來之後,血壓就正常了降壓藥也停了沒吃,維持到現在正常,我體重也一直維持不復胖

腎臟病患尤其是腎衰竭二三期以上的,這些對心臟有益的高鉀蔬菜水果都不要吃,但可以經過水煮降低鉀離子以後可酌量少吃。 不過燙青菜好吃,但是煮過的香蕉 堅果就不好吃了。

我有偏方,你可以試試 西洋芹一顆,胡蘿蔔2根,芭樂2顆,鳯梨1顆,苦瓜1顆,蘋果1顆,檸檬2顆,香菜1把「不喜歡就西洋芹加倍」 把這些食材洗乾淨分成5~6份 用榨汁機「不是果汁機喔」每天1~2杯(有專門榨蔬果的機器,用這種的) 榨汁時記得把鳯梨跟檸檬皮去掉
