300 to 1000 ohms between hand and feet.This is only a thumb rule. Actually it depends on many variables. As you know it depends upon body state (wet/dry), distance between points of body contact (eg: hand & feet), voltage, humidity, sweat, skin condition like open cuts. Any how about 40mA is enough to paralyse our hand and at about 50 mA heart stops. eg: 230 volts and res. assume as 1000 ohms. As per ohms law current flowing thru body is 230mA which has the power to immediately kill the person. Also time duration. Hope this helps.
