Reiko happens to also have the fastest throwing projectile and it does a ton of chip damage. You can just duck and miss it except the ex version which you have to block. New players don't know how to handle it so Dale abuses it. Good players know how to counter and dale doesn't know how to react because he never learned how to properly play reiko

Wrong. Reiko has the best projectile in the game and very far-reaching normals, so he’s definitely a great zoner.
