When you see Hopewell Rocks at high tide, it looks like a nice area with some interesting rock formations. But to really appreciate it, you need to come back at low tide to see just how much the tide goes out - it's like a completely new place. It gives you an amazing view of the Bay of Fundy's tides, which are unlike anything I had seen before. The park tickets allow you to come back at both low and high tide, and you definitely should.
