Low Slide - Pro Paintball Drill
In today’s Pro Paintball Drill, we are working on sliding low into our bunkers. We want to slide as low as possible so we can avoid any lames being shot by the opposing team.
All you need to complete this drill is 4 stakes and some yarn or string.

That grass is NICE
Found out today I'm probably going to need surgery for my shoulder after I dislocated it doing this slide last week. KZread recommended me the video today... Good video though, I'll make sure to check it out more in depth after I'm recovered :P

I can’t slide on my grass I get sucked up 😂😂 I tried a snake dive and Scorpion sooo hard 😂🤣🤣🤣 that was my first encounter with my grass I only dive at the field now lol

Thanks for the showing the side slide. I have seen other videos on forward slides but this is the first one showing this technique. ...Also do you get mistaken for wearing a Seattle Thunderbirds jersey?

Something about doing paintball drills seems so cringe to me. I understand that's what it takes to get good... it's just so abnormal to the general public that it's just funny to me
