I think I may have been that Traptrix player LOL I distinctly remember Solemn Judgementing a cyber normal summon and thinking "this will activate lord!!" forgetting that alternative was on field AND that I had shade brig set anyway... and it was all downhill from there. It was a bad day of YuGiOh

My first deck on master duel was Odd-Eyes, since it had a structure deck available and I'd played it irl before, and seeing how they decided against ranking into raging or revolution, I can absolutely confirm that last duel is what purgatory looks like

No gonna lie the odd eyes mirror was pure fun and yes that's actually a common play with absolute it was more common in MR4 to dodge needing a link to get multiple extra deck monsters out

@@Iliaas the effect that revived the second vortex always made him summon it in defense. If he had just kept the original vortex (which was in attack) he would've had WAY more offensive pressure to push for game a lot sooner.
