You, previously advertised this property for 49,000, you have just increased the price by nearly 11,000 euros, because a new front door and sliding windows have been installed! It was over priced then and it's a complete rip off now!

If it's too expensive, buy it in Poland, a studio apartment on the Baltic Sea with a sea view for at least 4.000 Eur per square metre. The Baltic Sea has beautiful beaches, but it's constantly raining, cold, windy and.... very expensive, that's why I bought it in Spain :)
