Great content!!! I am 57 yrs old and was wearing crotchets braids in my early 20's when they were calling them inter lock braids. They went out of style and came back with crotchet hair of all types. You are spot on with everything you said about all this hair!!!

I agree. A curl is much more low maintenance than a wave. Also it starts looking better with time .

You can always create your own range of hair that is different from what is currently offered. Your videos inspired me to start doing my own hair and I get better with each installation. Also saved myself some money by doing my own hair. Thank you.

Hi Lia, I currently have in the Rastafri Dream Romance Curl, and I am loving it! I'm going on almost 5 weeks with this hair and it is definitely low maintenance. I'm going to get a fresh install for my trip to St. Lucia for Carnival in July and I can't wait to see how beautiful this hair is going to look with my costume. I bought the Toyo tress yanky twist dupe from Amazon, and they were awesome. I had been looking for a cheaper dupe for a while. I tried a cheaper brand on Amazon, but they were too silky. (Fyi...the look of 10 packs was better than 8)

Thank you! I use the Kiss 09 So Wispy Lashes. It might look extra in this video just because my lash extensions were falling out so I added these lashes on top.

Hey. So for me....kima hair cut in a bob( higher than shoulder length)does last me about a month. The older is start to get, the better it looks. Length definitely playing a big part in most crotchet hair maintenance.

Lia how do you keep the hair out of your face? I have found that it moves too much and if I use hairspray it makes it a little too stiff.

Amazon sells the mini twist. Don't spend $200.00 on synthetic hair.

Is Dream Romance still your favorite hair? I just bought it for a half cornrow/half crochet hair look, and I'm waiting for my stylist as we speak 😆

Please try the Model Model Soft Roll. I absolutely loved that hair. It is soft but it can be combed!! I gently comb it out about once a week and the curl pattern doesn’t fall. Also thanks for this video, you inspired me to install the curl refinery twists the next time…my current hair - Freetress Shirley Curl is a tangled mess! 😂😂.
