Welcome! This 20 minute workout is for all levels- the moves are low impact, gentle on the joints! A strong cardiovascular system is KEY for longevity.
If your goal is to get fit, look great in your summer clothes, and do it all with minimal time or equipment, this is the video for you!
Remember, we can’t spot reduce fat stores. Unfortunately we have very little control over where we store fat, as it’s largely genetic. Maintaining a healthy body fat percentage is protective against numerous diseases.
