Known Lee a very long time I used to train with him when I was younger started me off in strength training before going into martial arts the man is a master only once i got one shot on him it didn't end well when you are dealing with lee someone to always look up to as I have for years it's just unlucky I have cervical nerve damage from a car accident I can no longer continue the sport

Good advice especially for me as a lot of moves I can't do anymore at my age of 70yr still do bare knuckles planks on a wooden floor and punch the heavy bag most days

Strategy, tactics is everything. A viable self defense system accounts for injury, disabilities, old age, small individuals, etc. Besides, these are the people who are most likely to be targeted.

I would not hit someone to the back of the head with an open hand using that kind of force, unless you don't plan on using that hand for quite awhile. I would prefer a hammer fist. If you disagree, try doing hitting them without a soft helmet. Otherwise, Great Video.

what do you mean? its a big concussive slap/blow and it sends them to the ground. Youre not bouncing your palm off his skull its like a big big claw or slap. It works 🫃🏿

Bruv, the reality is that when it's life or death... you'd fucking hit him. My palm stinging for a bit isn't gonna bother me. His big nasty concussion on the other hand? Is gonna bother him for at least a few days. And if he falls forward and smashes his face on the pavement, he'll be bothered a lot longer than that.
