I thank Steven for this episode. This is the same argument on the healthy sugar labels (A,B,C,D by HPB). Its give and take. With food companies experiementing here and there, it is hard to give an overall rating on the total nutritional value (more than just fat, sugar content).

Is fat , sugar and calorie such a big problem? They're just a bunch of numbers to confuse people. Ice creams is a dessert, so it is created to taste heavenly and must be enjoyed in moderation (maybe eat ice cream once a week and be sensible not to eat the whole or even half a tub of ice cream at one go). I'm more concerned about the other ingredients in that tub of ice cream, which are really the more problematic issues. Anyhow read the ingredients list and tell me its not a chemical concoction in there!!
