The entire category of desserts, pastries and sweets should be considered simply as delicious pleasurables and left alone.

Very informative and useful
I think the next topic should be "sugar and fat debunked" and reference this episode. I still think the sugar should be highlighted stronger than fat content.
I love talking point sm
love this
❤love this the gifted from the God episode !It's to die for, thank you Steve! 😂
As someone who tried doing homemade ice cream. I can tell you if u want it to taste u will need alot of sugar. The fat and milk blunts the taste of any sugar on it.
@Jumper4ever93

you did smth wrong. There is no need in much sugar/honey. Raw cream is sweet by itsel, raw eggs add flavor and texture. No milk in it.
the only show worth watching by local media
Also, if you wish to try the Chocolate Kale ice cream featured in the video, they are called Mrs Plumps! ❤
I love CNA insider!!
Good contents but lousy camera quality. Do consider export in 4K in future.
Please do one on muffins
I thank Steven for this episode. This is the same argument on the healthy sugar labels (A,B,C,D by HPB). Its give and take. With food companies experiementing here and there, it is hard to give an overall rating on the total nutritional value (more than just fat, sugar content).
Ice cream is too expensive for me. Cant afford it, so don't even need to think about all these labels and numbers. 😅 Interesting episode though.👍
can do a topic on energy drink
Bump into him filming ice cream at Mrs plump
Is fat , sugar and calorie such a big problem? They're just a bunch of numbers to confuse people. Ice creams is a dessert, so it is created to taste heavenly and must be enjoyed in moderation (maybe eat ice cream once a week and be sensible not to eat the whole or even half a tub of ice cream at one go). I'm more concerned about the other ingredients in that tub of ice cream, which are really the more problematic issues. Anyhow read the ingredients list and tell me its not a chemical concoction in there!!
Funnily enough I just went to MOIC and indulged last week 😂
What next we should ask Steven to eat?

My personal view : want eat ice-cream 🍦 , don't bother too much ! JuZ moderation eating them . After all , ice-cream suppose to de-stress n why wasting time calculating calories ?!
normal or "guilt free" one, same thing is still in them, cream, sugar, etc...so at the end of the day, moderation is still key. as with all "junk" foods, eat ice cream responsibly.

Hi, as a vegan, I just wanted to highlight that foods labelled "vegan" aren't to be healthier as the vegan ice cream has been described as in this episode. Vegan alternatives are mainly for vegans to enjoy and not harm cows.
