I know folks are going nuts over the Whistle, but I was sucked in to the beauty that came even before that point. Morissette is so much more than her whistle (don't get me wrong it's a nice skill to have in her "vocal tool box" ) but I've said this many times prior, it's her bread and butter vocally that makes her Morissette "the one and only". Tone, phrasing, vibrato vocal breaks, delivery, authentic versatility, emotional connection to the music that makes the listener care ...its all there. Honestly if someone put this on itunes right now I would buy it!

disconnected ang whistle register ni morissette. she needs to work with a voice coach who knows how to connect her registers.

As far as I know Disconnected naman talaga ang Whistle Register. But through practice a singer can shift directly to that register swiftly ( like Queen Mimi). But technically disconnected talaga cya.

@jocriss maging c Queen Mimi nga hindi connected ang whistle but super bilis lang talaga mag shift. Tsaka nakakapag shift naman c mori ng mabilis sa whistle like sa di mapaliwanag at akin ka na lang niya. But Disconnected talaga cya (whistle)
