This is Elevator in DiSNEY'S MAYU AND MiNi Building by DiSNEYLAND HOTEL DiSNEY WiNG at the DiSNEYLAND CALiFORNiA
My office building has these type of elevators, with the scrolling message and creepy sci-fi male voice announcing the floors!
