Nice looking town. Are they bothered if you're non-white?

MH is not a village. It's a really rough town. You don't want to be in the town centre after dark as there are loads of undesirable youth grouped at the Square making lots of noise and annoying those they take a dislike to. They do the same at the public car park near Homebase. My son took on 5 guys who falsely accused him of taking pictures of them when he was actually changing songs on his phone. Five white guys against one Indian guy....they were forced to run away! I guess it does pay to train in martial arts! Seriously.....it really is a dump.

As a citizen of mh i have no idea what your talking about, like ofcourse we have pub culture and everytown might have some idiots but to say its a rough and dangrous town is stupid, we are very lucky to live in a town like mh so you should show some gratitude

I was at Market Harborough for the first time yesterday and I couldn't believe how lovely this quaint little town is. I'm considering moving down there. Gorgeous and much better than Northampton or Leicester.

I was born in market Harborough and I have never at all felt threatened - so how you are able to say it is rough is beyond me. If you said Kettering then yes. Market Harborough is a wonderful town and very friendly.
