I have 3 chicks at 26 days old and not feathered that much your bird is easily 1and half months old timeliness way off

based from my experience, just let them hatch. let the parents raise them. give the parents not only seeds but foods high in protein and vitamins so they can feed their baby healthy foods also, if all the hatched eggs die and it seems like your lovebird pair are not doing anything for them, they're probably young parents (first time parents). don't worry, eventually after hatching the second batch babies they will learn from their experience. goodluck!
