Love yourself like your life depends on it; because it DOES | Anita Moorjani

This week I begin by sharing a bit about my recent visit with my mother, I then go on to speak to those who have a hard time loving themselves, I share an analogy and three steps that may help you love yourself more easily. I also answer the following questions:
* Why am I still being abused? I've tried loving more and it doesn't work!
* What about religion? Is there a hell? Is there bad Karma?
* Isn't fear good for us? Like animals, we feel fear to warn us of danger...
* What can I do as a parent when my child has cut me off and treats me badly?
* If I send love to a toxic person, do they feel it?
If you find something which you think will benefit somebody you know, please send them this video or a link to this video. Please remember to Subscribe to my channel if you haven't already done so.
If you want to watch the show live, you can find it on anitamoorjani.com/facebook every Sunday at 12 noon Pacific / 3pm Eastern / 8pm GMT
With love
Anita ❤️❤️

Its really nice to know you CAN just drop some fears because they are not real!! Im excited about that!! On another note, I was in an abusive relationship for several years and once I began meditating, learning boundaries and loving myself the relationship just automatically collapsed on its own in a matter of 3 months. I always say my life began after we broke up! I had the TIME OF MY LIFE and I REALLY began being me and enjoying life after I left him! He replaced me instantly as he couldnt be alone but I became such a different person that I never looked back and I can spot jerk guys in an instant! I also let go of Religion because it doesnt give you freedom to be you and it CAN be judgmental in my opinion. I do enjoy the singing part of church so I go sing in the crowd as the music starts and leave before the preaching starts! I can receive and enjoy the inspiration of the music and leave before the mind controlling starts.

Totally agree about your comment about toxic people! Having grudges about them actually made me weak and in bondage to them. Forgiving them and sending love, and at the same time protecting myself by keeping me away from them really helped me let go and get over them. Thank you Anita!

Anita, You have made a real difference with your video's! I love you and get so much love and support from them : ) Thank you sooo much! I also had a NDE, and although it was brief, I learned a lot and have never wanted to forget a milli-second of it! It is hard to describe that kind of love that I felt in the light!! Even so, at times I've needed the reminders that you offer., here back on earth. I'm a reformed 'rug' and have learned to set boundaries, in order to love myself enough to live my own journey and not allow others to use me and walk all over me. But that's not always easy, so I love your ongoing information and support. Thank you thank you thank you SOO much. We need you and your loving spirit and heart!!!

Thank you Anita, this is so helpful, great topic and advise, also appreciate the Question period at the end. I don't know if you adressed the topic of overcoming depression. I did overcome it by starting incorporating the things I used to love doing and persisting on maintaining a healthy lifestle. Making effort to go out there and talk to people even strangers sitting on a park bench. This positive ball of action became bigger and bigger. I invested a lot of time and energy to devlop my spirituality, now I can see it was a blessing after all. God Bless to all xxo

I am still recovering, but I now know that I can not abandon myself to please someone else....that is not loving to my soul, or honoring the gifts I've been blessed with. I am Worthy!....and HE WAS WRONG. I get to follow my own purpose now, and it is the best life that I've dreamed of for years! Releasing fear is very important for soul growth. THANK YOU ANITA! Thank you so much Anita for your so good advice. It conforts me as I believe I'm an empath and have let too many people abuse me and exhaust me. Yet..I have a problem/question : thanks to you, for 6 years now, I've become stronger, with more self respect and managed to walk away from abusive people. But I come to a point where I have very few real good people/ friends around, I'm more isolated. It doesn't bother me as I love the compagny of my horses, of nature, and also my patients(I'm an energy healer), but many people think it's not good as I will end alone, isolated...I find it hard to find connected people with whom I could feel good and be myself, I admit many human beings quite disappoint me as I find them so disrespectful of nature, of others.....am I too selfish, too extreme? should I allow people to have some bad behaviors with me (as they are humans and can't be perfect?), even though my inner being really finds it unbearable? do I have a problem with trusting others? Abraham Hicks say "don't walk away from people if you haven't tried hard to see them as your inner being does, with love, because if you do, you will only attract more of those people"...but when we try really hard, we hurt ourselves during the process, don't we? Strange : on the one part,I feel in alignment, even if I'm quite alone and cut myself from many people, on the other part, I think I'm afraid to end really alone isolated in my countryside where so few people are connected to all you teach us...certainly the fear preventsme from attracting better people? Thanks for everything, and hope you can help me. Love and respect from France.

You are bang on Anita about us empath not loving ourselves enough or stopping just as we begin due to my guilt of being seen as selfish or feeling grandeur at being someone different /better. I feel this is how others think of me. I know I'm projecting my own feelings about myself externally and it's still not easy to come out of the conditioning. Keep these videos coming 😊 this is our group session to expand through the limitations and get closer to our authentic self 🌹 🙏 ❤💛💚💙💜

Ayesha Jamal the unaware & unawake see empaths as a threat or see them as too different. You can not be fully aware & awakening around those who either refuse to develop or can not move beyond this dimension. The frequency will evolve with or without them, they don’t realize, but they’re already being forced to shift without knowing. I’m convinced that empaths are here to bring change. Change often spells fear and lashing out from those not vibrating at same. As an empath, seek your tribe, there are many like-minds out there. We’re hidden well in most cases to avoid being “witch hunted.” Love IS the greatest good for humanity, we are ALL one. Universal blessing to you and all on this post.

@@zofiajaneczek184 you gave me the answer I was searching for. I meditated on this question and here I see your reply 😊 I am feeling lost and like I don't belong in the environment / family / friends I grew up with. I also resonate with I need to change location to fully be me as I am evolving. I wish we empath had a way of connecting and supporting each other more. I am now kinda getting desperate to find my tribe. I don't know if I can handle anymore of this madness around me. I am done spending my energy on people who are happy being miserable. It's not easy though specially when I am dealing with guilt too of not doing all that I used for these people that is be a doormat an unpaid servant...

This video is priceless!! Thank you, dear Anita 💞 Something that helps me deal with guilt about having 'negative' emotions, is considering that those emotions do not exist because of me, but I'm experiencing them as part of my human journey, so I can find answers for them out of what I've lived through. I make them part of my purpose and so I can give them a compassionate view. Sending lots of love your way. Thank you for your light 💐 PS. About the mother whose children got estranged: sometimes children would go away from their nest to learn the kind of self-love that overself-sacrificing parents cannot teach by own example. Once the parent starts loving themselves, they create a safer environment for the child to come back.

Anita, thank you for your work. After watching many of your videos, I realized that I had shut off -- and therefore stopped loving parts my myself, specifically the spiritual parts that are not accepted by the mainstream. For example, I remembered a time years ago, when I held a rose quarts to my throat and my throat healed (I had a cold). There are many other true stories about my connection to the Greatness in everything -- my ability to hear horses talk to me, my experience as a child of being loved by the Light of God -- but which I had turned away from for fear of being judged. So again, thank you, because you reminded me of the Greatness that is in me and that I had turned away from.

You are glowing and looking younger. I love you. Your presence kept me smiling. I am learning to love myself unconditionally especially the judger in me. Having been immersed in separation for far too long is sometimes difficult to be aware and be present at all times. I am becoming too sensitive to vibration now that a little misalignment or going to old patterns instantaneously brings discomfort to the body. This is just another perspective from my experience of relationship abuse and why is such. It is because all the people you surround yourself with are projections of you. You might not know this consciously but you manifest all your so-called romantic relationship. For instance you might be in a relationship with a narcissist because there is a victimization mentality in your psyche. That particular person is still you, meaning came from your own subconscious energy, teaching you empowerment and self love. Everything is YOU, the negative and the positive. That is one of the lessons for the feminine today and why the theme of abuse is very common. We've had suppressed, dis empowered, made docile and domesticated the all-encompassing, embracing, powerful boundless aspect of the feminine Divine. Many of our women today lack wisdom to support and guide the linear, logical, doer of our masculine. When one truly loves oneself, one never expects something in return. Love naturally flows and transforms everyone around him/her. He/she is no longer bothered if the love is received or reciprocated because he/she comes to terms with oneself.

Anita, the you inspire me. The most valuable lesson I got from one of your vids is that you know which voice in your head is true is to not listen to negative, or condemning voices. But please don't tell anyone it's ok to commit suicide if everyday life is hard or painful. I may have misunderstood but that's what it seemed. I work in the healthcare, I've seen what it looks like to try that before your time,(life support, vegetative states, paralysis etc?.)I've also seen vids about face transplants. Everyone's destiny is different. Other people experience different things from you,

DANNY-please make a video just about yourself. Who are you? Where did you grow up? How was your childhood? How was it meeting Anita? How is life with Anita (we can only guess you lost hair) and anything else you feel inspired to talk about. OK? :-)

Hello Anita you are a really fantastik person, I appreciate you a lot . I live in Switzerland and usuallly spak french, I read your books, they give me courage, determination andalso explanations, From now 30 years I live with multiple sclerosis , I still can walk very shortdistances and try keeping light in my mind Heaven if it's difficult. Have also, in the past, as you, given all my timeand Energy to others instead of me, I now have understood. but my legs are KO, The most difficult is staying alone the most part of time, I Don't have strengh to go to shoppingor visiting others, I accept but some days it.s very painfull being home alone. ,i'm now 63, had friends in the past but as i cannot move I became not interesting,All peaple are now running in all the directions and I'm no more as this, I appreciatebeauy of nature and a paceful life. And I Don't want being in a wheelchair. Thai's not my purpose at all. With love to you and Dany,
