I learned that I suffered from toxic empathy because I empathize and support people who don’t deserve it. I never knew that being an empathetic person could possibly become toxic. I’m on a healing journey and I’m so thankful that I’m growing to love myself more and more everyday. God bless you ❤

Pray everyday and ask God to watch over you were ever you go do meditation stay away from toxic people set goals eat clean at least 80 percent of the time hit the gym listen to pod cast and Motivation videos to fuel your sprite you must learn to love yourself I am a good postive people with good energy I do whatever I can to keep my vibrational high don't allow them wicked people destroy you postive energy.
