Someday, I want to see Derek Trucks and Megan playing together. Maybe, TTB should invite Larkin Poe as guests.
Good thing, Megan was quick to evaluate her situation and come up with a quick solution! The Sound Engineer didn't have a clue!! It totally saved the performance, which Rebecca was totally holding down quite well on her own!! That's professionalism and composure right there. And a pretty fine performance nonetheless!!

I think Megan pulled her main input to her pedals out and plugged it into another amp. Took stupid Sound Tech how long to turn the volume up?

Yep, you're right on that. I think she has her lap steel plugged directly to the amp. Didn't even get play through her pedals. She paused to unplug and plug into that other amp, not even missing her spot with her backing vocals. I'm sure they sound checked and everything was perfect. Makes you wonder if there is any weird sabotage goin on..? And yes, finally got her volume adjusted right before her solo.
Just all kinds of awesome. I saw them in Manchester in the UK a couple of months back, and they just blew the roof off with this track. So pleased to have found a live version to enjoy again - cheers! 😁

Killed it in spite of Megan's technical troubles. Stuff happens on these party events. Glad to hear Rebecca playing a nice solo.
