This looks a fresh alternative among more choreoraphied movements. Just compared how it looked 7 years ago, and noticed that gesture based visemes/ear animations add a lot to the result. Good combination, the song choice and avatar model.

Not too bad, some the movements of the dance (whomever does the motions for that) needs to be a little bit smoother, but, otherwise not bad. Edit: I do like the subtle ambient/organic details of the occasional ear/tail motions, the contraction/dilation of the eyes.
