It’s so strong people hate it. But it tones down when you wear it and you get compliments. Last all day. And cheap always on clearance. Perfect for sweaty work all day really

I just hate it because it gives my nose a rotten vibe, it really puts me off, my friend wears it and I absolutely despise it

I know it from the 90ties and it was a dupe called "Sunrise". Yes I was young, I was a teen. I didn't know what the original was so, I didn't smell it for decades. and missed it. Until now. I figured out, it was Joop Homme.. Finally I have found peace.😊 It is amazing, how well a brain can remember a scent by the way.

I absolutely love it!

Love this cologne! On my skin, it smells great. Always get compliments, although I only put on just a hint of it. Sometimes, I use it as a very light base for other Joop colognes. Again, love it!

It doesnt last 48 hours, if it does youre putting way too much on, joop is strong one spray will get you 5 hours minimum of good projection, 2 will get you 8-10, 3 will get you banned from most establishments(my attempt at a joke). But in all seriousness dont over do it with joop, its stupidly strong. Also you can get a 6.7floz(198ml) bottle online for around $40. Its ideally a cold weather scent but I'll wear it whenever i feel like it. Its good stuff

i'm getting the EDP, Can't wait for it to arrive.

In my opinion, it gives me a headache every time I put it on, but I really do love the scent profile it’s just too strong for me

I know that this can happen to any perfume, and it depends on the person, not on the scent. I get instantly dizzy and brutal headaches within 3 minutes from the reformulation (due to IFRA restrictions) of Alissa Ashley Vanilla. I love the scent because I have memories of it from the best time in my life which was a vacation on the Maldives. I don't know anyone else who gets these headaches from it. but what can I do.

I get the feeling Joop Homme is the equivalent of JPG Le Male for the generation before me (40-60 years old). I don't like it, it's too sweet for me.

I suspect you’re correct! It’s very sweet and easy to dislike with how synthetic it is.

In my opinion it is Oud for Glory. it smells like open the lid of a garbage bin with rotten food inside on a hot summer day. others love that "stuff". Joop Homme is a beauty, a classic for a reason.
