I was diagnosed na may anxiety/depression sarap pakinggan mga salita na ito kahit na alam mo naman talagang walang assurance na hindi talaga magiging ok bukas o isang araw ang mahalaga maramdaman na may tao na andiyan handang makinig at umunawa. Hindi naman namin hinihingi na tratuhing espasyal maramdaman lang na importante at may silbi. Tama sabihin laban lang pero mahirap para sa amin gawin ...lalaban basta maramdaman lang na may tao nakasuporta na magbibigay ng lakas ng loob na kaya ito. Ramdaman talaga na kahit maraming tao sa paligid mo pakiramdam mo nag-iisa ka parang may invisible wall...Kailangan lang namin ng kausap na kahit paulit-ulit ang kwento ay handa paring makinig at iparamdam na andyan sila para sayo. Sasabihin gawin mo ito ...gawin mo iyan...mahirap nga gawin kahit madali para sa nakakarami. Kahit ang paglabas ng bahay ang hirap ng gawin pero pipilitin para ok ka sa paningin nila. Ngingiti kahit deep inside hindi naman talaga masaya. Mga ordinaryo activities napakadali sa nakakarami pero sa amin 'struggle' pong gawin. Kailangan pong maramdaman na anjan para makinig at umintindi. Salamat din kay Mr. Joey De leon dahil na open at marami na ang aware sa salitang depression at kahit paano mabawasan ang stigma sa tao sa sakit na ito.

Grabe napahanga ako ni meng ng sobra dito sa Tele movie nila ni alden. Nag improve talaga ung acting skills nya. Lalo na dun sa scene ung depress na sya. Feel mo ung awra nya. Ung atmosphere sa paligid. Feel mo ung bigat ng dinadala nya kahit nanunuod ka lang. Then ung kahit voice lang nya marinig mo maiiyak ka na eh. A challenging role for Maine.. & she portrayed her character very good ... EXCELLENT! I cried a lot & watched it 5 times for today & still crying. I love the story. Congratulations Maine!!! You made my day. I experienced this kind of depression year 1966 & then I felt again year 1992. And I was succeed to overcome my depression with the help of my love ones(friends, relatives & family). Hoping there are more telemovies for both Maine & Alden.. weekly? or monthly? Please. Once again.. 5 Stars for Maine Mendoza.. you're very good, super & very beautiful. I cried a lot while I'm watching dahil nkaranas din ako ng depression. Thank you Lord dahil nalagpasan ko ang pagsubok sa buhay ko.

Thank you EB sana marami ng makakaintindi kung ano talaga ang Deppression.kasi nakarelate ako sa role ni Maine.No body knows how much I've been through with this kind of sickness.kapit lang talaga ako Lord.

This is actually one of the best film I’ve ever watched so far. Knowing I’m always watching movies, etc. This is the epitome of how a person is dealing with depression. No sugar-coat because its a movie. It will teach you how sad, down, and rock bottom they were during the process and how badly they need all the people around them to understand what they’ve been going through. I’ve never been a fan of aldub nor a hater. Now I guess I’m one of the people who will love them for their genuine kindness. Thank you for this gold piece of film. I’m sure I will share this so that all the people whose going through depression right now can understand how to deal with the process. I myself dealt with it a few months ago, this is exactly what it feels like. Thank you for making such a great film that can definitley save a life, and trust me when I said that. This film can save a life, a person who’s probably struggling to live right now, a person whose i think dont know what to do. A huge KUDOS FOR THE WHOLE TEAM. CONGRATS AND FOR ALL THE PEOPLE BEHING THIS GEM, MAY THE ODD BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOR. GOD SPEED.

This the best love story movie i've ever watched .. to the fullest mh tears shed Kasabay ng usok ng cigarettes ..this movie was positively related to my life no one comfort me but i keep stronger trusting God that every obstacle i've encountered i will survive i love my life coz life is much worth thru facing problems and depression kabalikat ng buhay hindi nsman hinihingi ng pagkakataon pero kusang dumarating So just move fight fight .. Watching here in Japan Congrats to all the veteran cast that made this story supperrbbb lesson in life.. I save this so if time comes of my illness depression.. i always wanting to watch it Maine & Richards Gambarre .. GOD BLESS IN HEALTH 💖

Ang ganda ng story dilang kilig, tuwa at iyak may natutunan ka pang lesson about depression good job sa writers at director at mga artist ang galing nila, bihira lang ako makanuod ng ganito ..good job talaga sa bumuo nito ang galing 👏👏 Aldub Congratulations super ganda talaga ng Love Is more project pa sana sa enio . worth it ang paghanga ng mga milliones nyong fans at isa na din ako. Ang hirap ng ganyan yung sobrang down na down Ka. Yung nagkapatong patong ang problema . Yung lahat ng gagawin mo Hindi umaayon sa mga kagustuhan mo. Ang antidote po dyan is Love , embrace ourselves fully, support and help from family and friends at isipin ang self worth, and you are valuable, that you have purpose.

Discovered this telemovie after GMA countdown. I just finished watching. I do agree that it was good... story with substance, superb acting, palpable chemistry. I am not an organic ADN fan. But I enjoyed watching this just as I enjoyed watching DTBY only last December on my mother’s birthday, an ALDUb fan when she was still with us. Looking forward for more sensible projects for Alden & Maine.

This hit me so hard. Sobrang nakakarelate. I'm pretty sure I was suffering from Depression after I gave birth to my son. The feeling of loneliness, weakness, no motivation, sick and killing yourself. Yung isip mo na parang walang hinto. Iyak ng iyak. Yung feeling na parang wala ka nang pag-asa sa buhay. Thanks God I have overcome all of it. First thing I did, I asked myself "what's gonna happen to my baby? What's gonna happen to my family?" Sa una mahirap but if you learn to accept everything, then it will slowly heal you. Time heals everything. I asked God to help me help myself. It took weeks but now thanks God I'm worry free! ❤❤❤ So if you ever feel like the world has turned you around, just ask for help. From God. Pray. Believe in yourself. Accept yourself. Love yourself. ❤

I’m not sure you have the right definition of depression. Depression doesn’t happen one time. It comes and hits you hard that lasts for weeks and then eases the pain slowly. You’ll feel okay in a few weeks and then it will come again. It comes and goes and then comes again. It’s a constant cycle. You’ll have days you’re okay and you’re not. Until one day you’ll feel so tired of it doing it over and over and over again. You’re tired of feeling the emotional pain and all you just wanted is for it to stop. And suicide is the only option to stop the cycle.

Ronna Heuvel well, at least you got a glimpse of the illness. You understand how it feels but the difference is depression keeps happening, repeating for years. The feeling of grieving, emptiness, worthless, self-loathing, and loneliness. People who suffers this illness ruined their lives. Social, spiritual, mental and so on. Unable to work, frequent sleeping, binge eating or no appetite, loss of interest even if you’re passionate about it and taking a bath and getting out of bed sounds so simple but when you have depression, it’s one of the toughest task in your everyday life. You feel dead inside, literally and you’ll ask yourself, “why am I still breathing when I feel empty?”. I hope you will not feel these symptoms or ever feel depressed again. But can you do me a favor? If someday you meet someone and have these this clinical depression? Just hold their hand and say nothing. That is one of the powerful gesture for someone with this illness. 🙂

I was once a viviane. Grateful I am I have God who reminded me to go on with life. I was about to give up but the Pastor's sermon was a big help. T'was really a tough time.
