I couldn't stop giggling for half an hour. My friend and I have "Counterspell" battles all the time. "Dovin's Veto" may look like it ends the argument, but "Spell Queller" and everything that functions like a "Bolt Bend" circumvents that. "Bolt Bend" then gets countered and the cycle goes on. Overloading "Counterflux" is the best thing I can think of to win the argument if "Spell Queller" and "Mindbreak Trap" have already been covered. Possibly "AEthersnatch" or "Commandeer" would be able to beat that, but I don't know as it 'counters each spell you don't control'. Leave me a comment if you know of a way to break the seemingly infinite loop.

@@pilotsilverr856 I don't think that's possible but a good way to start off a counterspell argument is Render Silent- a good old azorious two drop that makes it impossible for the target player to cast spells this turn.

Let's see, he's taught me dnd and run a couple campaigns of dnd and Dungeonworld, those were pretty fun. At the beginning of lockdown he got me hooked onto Minecraft and we've also been playing a bunch of Dominion online with other friends. More recently he had me try Dark Souls 3 (and for reference, I have almost no video game experience so it was very difficult). He's also now taught some of us poker and of course in keeping with society there's a group of us playing Among Us. :p So a mix of video games and tabletop. What about you?

@Alyvia Payne Hello Alyvia's boyfriend. :) Yeah minecraft led me into the dark recesses of minecraft youtubers...I'm quite hooked on hermitcraft atm, which fills my minecraft need when school has me too busy to play. I've been wanting to try Zelda and Breath of the Wild, but unfortunately my bf doesn't have it :( One of the first games he got me to try actually was Portal. I'm really bad at it but it's fun. I do keep up with all the Studio C vids. :) Been watching them for about four or five years now I think.

As an MTG player this was incredibly well scripted, funny, and impressive.

As a Magic player, I've never heard of most of the things they mentioned. I recognized a few of the counters, and I understood the debate about deck formats, but that was about it. I didn't know the ninth doctor was disliked either. I've only seen the first three.

The ninth doctor was fantastic and him and Billie are the reason the series got popular in the first place. He’s one of the best.

I'd say 8th is the most underrated.. But that's probably because most people haven't listened to his audio serials and only rate him based on his one poor movie (where he himself wasn't the problem)
