Yeah, I can’t say he is a bad guy but he is just really immature. SEVERELY. I’m glad Clay said no because AD was willing to accept and “nourish” all of his red flags and say yes. I’m also glad that AD didn’t have too much of her time wasted. Some women are stuck in toxic relationships for YEARS. For AD, it was just about a month- to a year. I don’t even watch this show but I’ve seen enough clips of this silly man Clay. How is anyone shocked he said no? He is not right in the head, he gets off on hurting people. He feels comfortable in mess. He was not into AD. He just thought her body was nice. I think too many people just never learned how to verbally directly communicate when they don’t want something anymore. So they drag things out hoping the other person walks away first or admits some fault & they aren’t the “bad guy, but it backfires almost every time. Just rip off the bandaid..being honest is actually honorable. However some people like the chaos.

Nah. The literal moment Clay first spoke I knew he wasn’t shit. When he explained why he liked cats I knew; it was exactly how he felt about women. He wanted to dangle his potential affection over AD the entire experience just to pull it away to stroke his ego. Like a cat. And foolish as she was AD fell for it every time. I noticed he didn’t have any prospective partners BESIDES AD it seemed. Also i feel like he was setting up excuses for why he would be unfaithful in the future before he actually would be; just so he can say “I told you. This what you signed up for” instead of actually changing.
