My wife and I met at grocery store. I was looking for chicken drumsticks and she was so curious, she tried to help me and ended up putting a meal together, so that I had something to eat. I asked her for her phone number and contacted her the next day. We went on one date and then another until I got on one knee 3 months later and asked her to marry me. We have two beautiful children, loving and caring grandparents. It all feels like a dream and I pinch myself, realizing that God loves and cares for me, my wife and my children. Thank you Almighty God for all that you have done and continually do, your love and provision, but most of all, being who You truly are. How blessed we are to have you as our heavenly Father. Amen.

I had a very good childhood friend whom every girl was chasing. Good looking, lovely, nice - and married. They had a child but divorced because finally, he came out. Today, he's happy with a man. So when I saw this guy here, I thought of my friend. He is really, really nice but I believe not into women.

I was already 'alarmed' when she said, with other words, that as long as he had been paying his groceries to her, there had been no sign whatsoever from him that he noticed her. I think that if he had been interested in her, he would've, at some point, started having smalltalk with her.

Last year I was sitting in my car waiting for my passenger to return when two men walked passed me on the sidewalk. The one closest to my car looked in at me, then my eye caught him. I felt an enormous attraction between him and me, like an explosion went off, the proverbial sparks flew. But unusually, it first came from him, then ignited me. He looked intelligent and very interesting, like someone I’d want to travel the world with, and all of that was observed in a single glance. We continued to observe each other as he passed by, and I watched him walk away in my rear view mirror. He was wearing white jeans, a black T-shirt with some kind of writing on it, and orange-bronze tinted sunglasses. He was about 6 ft tall, athletically fit, salt & pepper hair, slightly long, scruffy facial hair, very handsome, possibly Italian. Now I never look at men, I’m a “religious celibate” for many years and intend to remain that way. Also, I would not smile invitingly at a man I don’t know, because he could be married or have a significant other, and I wouldn’t want to hurt anyone. Yet when someone is a soul match, even if you’re not interested, not looking for anyone, or at a completely inopportune moment, it’s as if time stops and eternity opens up. And you remember every detail. I rarely ever see one that I feel this with, not even every decade, maybe 4 times in my entire life. Love is a great mystery, and also a mystery why some get to meet theirs and others never do, but are like lonely ships passing in the night.

What a pleasure to read this, I think that our soul meet other soul. When there are a negative soul around us, our intuition signals it to us (It's not neccesarely someone who don't like us but it's the soul thing) and when it is a positive soul there is something powerful that happens in the belly and that takes us with a feeling of joy and well be huge. I humbly think that some souls are made to meet specific souls who will do them good at a time in life when the person does not expect or at a time when the person needs it most. Sometimes within a family there are people who never speak to each other and not necessarily they don't like each other but there is no affinity and there is a difficulty in communicating, an embarrassment. Of course in some cases there is pride, jealousy etc. but there is always that soul feeling. When our soul meets another soul that matches us, everything is done automatically, we are guided by our heart and deeply fulfilled. Even better when it's about the love of our lives.

How brave of her.......I don't think he really liked her otherwise he would have recognized her immediately but you never know in the future...

En vrai je fais partie des nombreux hommes (je pense que nous sommes plus nombreux qu'on imagine souvent) et qui adoreraient connaître un début d'histoire comme ça... Les hommes vraiment romantiques, ça existe. Maintenant, on ne va pas se mentir : ça arrive très rarement (ça m'est arrivé une seule fois et ça ne s'est pas bien terminé snif) de se faire draguer en tant qu'homme, même si on est bien physiquement. Du coup, si ça vous arrive : foncez franchement. Nombreux sont ceux qui n'aiment pas aller faire le premier pas. Cela dit, parce que sinon on reste définitivement seul, nombreux sont les hommes qui déplaceront des montagnes s'ils ont un vrai coup de cœur, pour faire connaissance avec quelqu'un. Et j'en fais également partie. Ensuite, ne vous étonnez pas que la plupart des mecs qui ont une vraie valeur soient en majorité déjà en couple et n'en sortiront pas de si tôt, et puis que sur Tinder ou autre vous ne récoltiez que les miettes laissées sur le carreau.

A classic case of a woman more into a man than he is into her. He said TWICE that he thought he was going to meet a man (on this show). That should tell you which way one swings. It's also puzzling that he struggled to remember her even though he saw her every week. Men will literally silently stalk a woman for YEARS to see if she is single or not before making their move. If a man is interested in you, he notices you & never forgets! The body language is quite unsettling. Not a flinch or a single show of emotion from the man towards her. Feelings cannot be faked. If you were into someone & you were in this situation you would probably say something like "OMG it's you" or "I cannot believe I was going to meet you today" etc etc.

You're reading what you want into it. He could have meant brother or old friend as the show accomodates that. A man doesn't have to stalk you to like you. He is a father and mature. He has other aspects of his life and divorced, hence the caution. As for not recognizing her, it can happen. She is not in work clothes and her hair and makeup is different. She is courageous and he is mature enough to be kind.

The show allows for those but highly doubt a buff handsome rugby player thinks he is meeting a relative or an old friend on a TV show of all places. The feeling was obviously not mutual. When men are interested in women they like/love, they will notice all kinds of useless details about her. What time she leaves, the watch on a particular hand, other stuff. Same goes for the opposite gender. It's essentially showing interest to know more about a person your heart wants. The claim he didn't recognize her is rubbish. He was going to her checkout lane all the time so he would have known what she looked like. Plus, female cashiers don't wear heavy makeup & are dolled up to the nines. Show me one supermarket cashier in any country who is dressed as such. She came into the show with her cashier hairstyle.

Je me souviens très bien de Alain, il était dans mon école primaire "Brancion" à, Paris. Déjà joli garçon enfant, je me souviens de sa mère à qui il ressemble beaucoup et de sa sœur avec qui j'étais copine. Sympa, comme dans mes souvenir., il n'a pas changé du tout :). L'émission a quand même quelques années !!!!

Bastante interesante el programa, y ver la actitud de este hombre muy amable y sincera por cierto, ella se la ha jugado, espero que esta ayuda les sirva no solamente a ellos, se junten o no, pero siempre romper el hielo es lo más dificil, en cuestiones del amor nunca se sabe, hay que estar dispuesto y creer que el amor tocará tu puerta 🙂

I was in a similar situation in my life. In 2020 I met a man in Amsterdam in a Thai Restaurant and for me it was also love at the first sight. I think for him too… I completely messed it up. It is something I very much regret and always will in my life. I went twice back to Amsterdam and also to the same place but never saw him again.
