This architectural edifice encased at the terminus of a narrow tranquil road, transforms what could have been a mere dead-end into a dynamic entrance. The exterior featuring the angular alignments not only breaks the monotony but also exudes an inviting ambiance, guiding visitors effortlessly into the heart of the residence. The 3000 sqft. residence was entrusted to the team with the foundation already in place surrounded by lush greenery.
The project was tackled in 2 segments: a) tropical modern exterior and; b) interiors reflecting the minimalist, clean lines of exterior using natural materials and shades.
We began by blending the traditional sloping roof with a sharp, rigid modern form to create a visual balance.
