It depends. Kurt did this rusty "screamy" voice the incorrect way, so in his way yes, it hurts. But doing this scream the correct way (while it's very hard) isn't stressing your throat/vocal chords.

on spotify alternates with lithium on their top 5 most popular. they have much better songs and entire albums are better than this song but its one of their most popular songs cause its on the same album as the funny deodorant song. their most popular songs shift but with nevermind being by far their most famous album because of the deodorant song this is gonna be known regardless@@flingonber
