I had no idea that I had the precise journey as Louise. I even took the SOM courses and became a know-it-all. I designed my own programs, then was dx with cancer. Oh my! I lost everything in my life. The hardest and most humbling lesson taught me to appreciate every aspect of my life. Doing much better now!

OMD -Oh my days, I just realised listening to Louise that despite having manifested so much, I have always told myself that I am lucky with attracting good people, I do not attract financial opportunities - and here I am a business owner asking the universe for business success! I told myself this just the other day! I definitely have more work to do on this to see the manifestation of financial wealth and opportunities into my business and life! How could I have missed this up until now??? Thank you Louise for helping me to identify this gap in my thinking and now start to reverse this negative self talk! God bless all of you as you go about your journey of self discovery and change. ❤❤❤

Louis hay and the power of spoken word Power thoughts vs poverty thoughts(lacking) You can change your life if your willing to change your thinking Don’t berate urself for where u are and where u were Tell yourself your doing the best you can with what you know and have learned Apply and practice what you know with what you learn Practice what you talk about Trust yourself enough to take care of yourself Forgiveness heals dis-ease If you don’t forgive u bind urself to the past and u can’t live in present time and if u can’t do that u can’t live in the present bc the past comes back Therapy revolves around the willingness to forgive I’m the only person to think in my mind no one can force us to think things Watch ur words and thoughts Forgive urself for not being perfect CONSTANTLY Trust life see it is as a friendly place Release criticism of urself and others stop telling stories that are negative Mirror work tell urself u love urself BE CONSISTENT w ur affirmations gratitude prayer When u can come from loving acceptance then the change is easier don’t change because ur a bad person or bc u me wrong If u choose poverty concepts of beliefs such as no one loves me and life is hard that’s what God is gonna give u bc it thinks u want that If we believe that we are stuck then we are it is being fulfilled Notice what ppl say and how they say it and connect it with how their life is Many ppl live by shoulds and then wonder why they’re not free It’s how u approach things Notice how poor ppl talk and what hav w they accepted as the truth for themselves how do they describe themselves and relationships what do they look forward to don’t do that look at how joyous people live Are u willing to change ur life by changing ur thinking and the way u talk bc then ur experiences will change Affirmation -anything we say and think retrain thinking and speaking into positive patterns Positive statement of what we want to eliminate and clear picture of what u want Clearly declare desires in a positive way What it is that u want right now ? I accept for myself freedom What thoughts inside of u would u have to change in order to have it ? What would be the first thought u would need to think in order to create this thing? Your foundation block? To accept… I love myself i am allowed to be fulfilled I deserve it Shape ur thoughts to create what u want Affirmations are like planting seeds from the ground u don’t have a full plant but it takes time to go to a seed to a plant…patient with the growing season
