Final round highlights from South Africa where Louis Oosthuizen and Charl Schwartzel faced off for Leopard Creek glory.

The DP World Tour heads back to Leopard Creek in South Africa this week for the Alfred Dunhill Championship. Ockie Strydom returns after claiming a career-changing maiden DP World Tour title on home soil in last season's Alfred Dunhill Championship. With that win he became only the eighth home winner of the Alfred Dunhill Championship, and it spurred him on to claim his second victory just two months later at the Singapore Open. Countrymen Jayden Schaper and Thriston Lawrence will fancy their chances this week and aim to make it seven of the last eight winners to be South African. Schaper played well for a 9T finish at the Joburg Open two weeks ago and claimed 5T last week at the Investec South African Open Championship. Lawrence has managed three top-10s in his last three events, including a 5T finish at the DP World Tour Championship alongside Jon Rahm and claimed 10T last week at the South African Open. Equalling Ockie Strydom’s course record set last year was Scotland’s Scott Jamieson. He’ll be looking to find the same form he had at the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters in October where he finished 3T. Others to look out for are Ewen Ferguson, Zander Lombard and Matthew Southgate.

LIV dominate 🤣 ? He's there as a sponsor invite and its hardly the strongest field in the world ?
He seems to have made his backswing a little more vertical than before. Rhythm is as smooth as ever though.
Because the LIV players are area so old and weak, they win regular tour events if they tee of there. Nieman, Louis now.... He is a marvelous player!

I thought the LIV guys were banned from the DP? They've dominating it for the last couple months, maybe the DP management should wake up and let them all play where ever they want.

This tournament was co-sanctioned with the Sunshine Tour (The main Tour in South Africa). Sunshine Tour did the right thing by not banning LIV players. Louis was never "banned" by the DP World Tour. He left the Tour on good terms prior to the 1st LIV event last year at Centurion.

DP players must be pissed. They bust their balls all year to qualify in these tournaments yet the LIV players receive automatic invites and one takes it without qualifying. Something has to be done to make it fairer for all. Bezuidenhout must be fuming.

This DP Tour event is co-sanctioned with the Sunshine Tour. Sunshine Tour allows LIV players to play in their events. PGA of Austrailia also allows LIV players to play if they choose. It's nice that Louis, Charl & Dean can play in their home country's Tour.
DW tour should allow LIV players to play some events. It would help raise the profile of the tour and allow LIV players access to OWGR points. But they won’t because Commissioner Pelley has sold out to the PGA tour. I’m sure John Jacobs and the other pioneers who started the European tour would be horrified to see it’s become nothing but a feeder tour controlled by the Americans.
I thought the blood money traitors were banished for all eternity.

How are they traitors when no criminal offence was committed?? Louis is one of the nicest men in professional golf, his move to LIV didn't change that.
Should not be allowed to play LIV and DP.If DP and P G A are partners.
