I feel that guy at 4:00, chilling on the floor, contemplating life choices while some other dude next to you is achieving his goals.

Louis has rapidly become one of my favourite climbers. Not just because he is an absolute monster , but he's sucha genuine and caring guy. Also i think i speak for everyone when i say , moar doggo pliz XD

Building one + is the gym I use, and when me and my friends look for problems, we always look at the oranges and go "that's insane". And seeing Louis complete them like this really puts some perspective on the ability ladder. It's encouraging too.

I think you overestimate him. He's not a pro climber anymore, its been like 3 years since his last competitions. He's definitely good but not that good to flash most V9s

Good video. Andrew, you should intro the problems/wall before louis starts talking about them... when you guys moved over to the slab wall, we didnt get to see what the full route looked like for about one and a half mins. Louis was describing the route in that one in a half mins but i didnt know what he was talking about cuz the shot is on him and not the wall. We love Louis and all but feature the walls more often!

Hey, I totally understand and I'll see what I can do in the future. Couple variables I have to work around when filming are being able to hear Louis in a busy gym with music and other climbers (so pointing the mic at him from a close distance), and the other is that Louis will often climb routes on his first attempt, so sometimes we only have one clip actually showing the climb. Another thing is that we often don't have much time to film, so we aren't taking loads of time to set up shots... it's quick shooting for things like this. That being said I can try and work more time for route examination in the future.

@@AndrewMacFarlane I second @slavadabadoo. Hearing him check out the route, but not seeing what he's actually talking about was a bit of a let down. Maybe show the route first at least so we have an idea how it looks like.

Noticed the critique on the intro, I thought it was cool and enjoyed it, it's neat getting to see the moments you are proud of. For a newer channel espicaly, I thought you did an AMAZING job, it defiantly got me hyped seeing dinos and strong moves from the start. I think because you have been dropping videos at such a high quality since you started, people feel like they have more of a right to nit pick things that bother them, but are really just different/newer territory, from all the other top climbing channels. Keep pushing the edge because you are going to send it, I am very excited to see where you channel is going :)

Amazing :) but I’m pretty sure there are more than 4 routes, there’s one on the big slab and another on the cafe island! Possibly more. Be good to see Louis do them too :)

Good video but some critique, i'm still not sold on the intro length/song choice at all. One problem might be that it's too aggressive.

Agreeing about the music, mostly as I am not sure bouldering is the "feeling that gets me at night". Another suggestion: when Louis is reading the route the camera is zoomed on him alone, so all viewers see is him gesturing with no context as to what holds he's referring to. Would be nice to stay a bit further for those reading parts, other than that, amazing video :)

How long have you been climbing?

Which type of jeans is Louis wearing (climbing specific vs regular)? Because i tried normal ones and they haven't lasted long although the stretch etc. was cool and i liked it but specific climbing jeans seam to have a more loose fit less tight (or i'm too slim haha)
