Any advice on when it's impossible to find a great training partner. I live in the middle of nowhere in the Scottish Isles now. And there is nobody who wants to train hard and consistent. I've never been able to find a solid training partner. My partner is my rack barbell and of course safety pins. I make the best with what I got. Those raw numbers are insane. People talking shit about geard lifting clearly have no clue. I've never trained in gear. But I'm becoming way more interested in doing so. Especially since I've completly torn both pecs. Anyway thank you again 🙏

@anonymous pity there's no real lifters around much places. I already press 400 a few times a week raw. I have a sling also for overload days. I was looking into getting a bigger shirt or grab the black sling. 315 is relatively light for me. Interested to see how I could manage some equipment by myself. Can never trust people. Been through 100s of lifting partners. Nobody lasts more than a few weeks. Typical lol. Thank you anyway brother.
