Amazing house and area but it’s practically little India at this point. No diversity at all

so I have a question, on in the townhomes that have staged furniture in condos and townhomes especially for sale or do they come with the home

Only a few builders will sell you the model home with furniture. Most of the time, the furniture belongs to a staging company. It is possible to hire the staging company to design your home. If you purchased the model home in a community, you would be purchasing the everything the way you see it minus the furniture and artwork.

Can you please elaborate on what you said about the area being questioned on whether or not it's part of Northern Virginia. You started the sentence and ended by saying what ever. I don't know where what ever is. Thanks.

If you look at where the major employment bases are located, Aldie is on the fringe of an acceptable commute. That's why I said, "this area is on the edge of what's considered Northern Virginia." The main problem with term Northern Virginia is that it means different things to different people. Northern Virginia Chambers of Commerce has the following definition of the area: "Northern Virginia is most frequently defined to include the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William and the independent cities of Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, Manassas and Manassas Park." ~ novachamber.org/about-northern-virginia/ While I consider Loudoun County to be in Northern Virginia, I think the dividing line in the county is James Monroe Highway. Everything west of James Monroe Highway is in Northern Virginia. Once you cross that road the major developments in the region stop and it's the house sit on more land. Sacrifice the sitting area in the primary bedroom for more closet space and a separate tub. Why so many dinning areas? That is an antiquated idea. The dinning area by the kitchen is enough, To many living rooms. Lovely home just wasted space with double triple living and dinning areas, mind you I love to entertain. It would be useful if I hosted the holidays.

Stop counting the steps, and the toilet room is called a water closet
