Lotus Flower Cookie Recipe - Khmer Nom Pka - Easy Step By Step
Crispy, Sweet & Delicious Khmer Dessert!
I will take you step by step on how to make this beautiful & delicious Khmer dessert. It might take you a couple of tries before it come out right. The main thing to focus on is to get the flower mold really hot before soaking into the batter.
You can add food coloring to any color you preferred.
I sell the lotus flower mold for $25.
Ingredients:
1 bag of rice flour
1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/3 sesame seed
1 can of coconut milk
1/2 cup of water
5 eggs

I don't have any in stock at this moment. Should have some coming in toward the end of next month. Normally customer pays through Venmo or Facebook messenger and I send out the item via priority mail with tracking number.
