    Jolly good. Nice and fast driving. However terrible wind noice at +240km/h, specially down Fuchsröhre and upp Bergwerk.

    Gunnar Hermann Looks good on road settings I’m sure they work well for NS, I would try them also. I have track settings but maybe ideal for NS is somewhere in between. Recommended track settings are: F rebound 1 F comp 8 R rebound 17 R comp 6 much firmer than road settings, also dials out understeer for smooth race tracks. 👍

    Hab jetzt das Nitron - FW raus und hab mir das Öhlins TTX mit härteren Federn montieren lassen. Fühlt sich deutlich besser an, FW spricht deutlich sensibler an. Freu mich auf den 29.09. auf die NOS ! Werde berichten...

    Did your window seal start unsealing at high speed? There seems to be sudden very loud wind noise at the higher speeds

    Hallo Gunnar Hermann .Danke für dein Video. Ich hätte eine grundsätzliche Frage zu deinem verbauten Öhlins -FW. Ich selbst fahre einen Evora Sport 411 mit EV 460 kit der aktuell gerade auf EV475 kit erweitert wird zusammen mit der Inspektion. Als FW ist das Nitron- Clubsport- FW verbaut mit kombinierter Zug-und Druckstufenverstellung. Hier wurden auch bereits härtere Federn verbaut auf Empfehlung meiner Werkstatt. Ich bin allerdings mit dem FW nicht sonderlich glücklich. Auf topfebener Strecke ,wie zb. in Hockenheim liegt das Auto sicherlich gut ,jedoch auf schnellen Autobahnetappen mit Bodenwellen und insbesondere auf der NOS hatt ich schon seitliche Versetzer von gefühlt nem halben meter ... da kommst du schon reichlich ins Schwitzen. Ich meine der Evora ist vom Grunde her schon etwas Nervös ausgelegt was sicherlich seiner gesamten Konstruktion und Auslegungen geschuldet ist. Mit diesem FW wird er mir persönlich bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten sehr anspruchsvoll und vermittelt mir einfach kein Vertrauen. Jetzt zu meiner eigentlichen Frage an dich zurück. Wie ist dein Eindruck von dem verbauten Öhlins-FW im GT 430 und hast du Vergleichswerte in Bezug auf den Evora oder evtl. andere Fahrzeuge.

    Hallo Frank, habe an dem GT 430 nichts verändert alles Werksgrundeinstellungen vorhanden. Und von Nervosität keine Spur selbst bei schnellen Autobahnetappen. Ist wahrscheinlich dem extremen Abtrieb geschuldet. Dafür denke ich erreiche ich mit dem Fahrzeug auch nicht annähernd die angegebene Höchstgeschwindigkeit auf der Autobahn 😀. Werde am nächsten Wochenende mal bei geöffneten Touristenfahrten das Verhalten auf dem Grand Prix Kurs testen da habe ich Vergleich zur Exige V6 Cup und zum Vorgänger 3eleven.

    Gunnar Hermann Hallo Gunnar Das hört sich gut an. Ok die Höchstgeschwindigkeit ist nun wirklich das kleinere Übel. Ich werde in den nächsten 2 Wochen einen Termin haben bei Mathol Racing. Mal schauen ob wir das hinkriegen... denke ich werde auch die Bereifung wechseln. Ich werde auf Pirelli Trofeo R umsteigen. Hier habe ich mit der EXIGE die besten Erfahrungen gemacht. Hammer-Gripniveau. Kein Vergleich zu den Cup 2. FW wird sich zeigen. Sollten wie das Nitron nicht hinbekommen wäre das Öhlins oder das KW- Competition FW eine Möglichkeit zur besserer Performance. Ich hatte leider noch nicht die Möglichkeit den GT430 zu fahren...aber der wesentlich höhere Abtrieb spielt sicher eine deutlich Rolle. Ich fahre am 16.06. mit dem DSK auf der NOS mit EVORA und am 25.06. auf der GP-Strecke mit dem Pistenclub. GP-Strecke hier aber mit meinem Porsche 968 ( GLP PRO ) Wäre schön sich mal auf nem Trackday oder auch Tourifahrten zu treffen! Gruß Frank

    Mit der von Lotus verbaute Suspension macht er keine versetzter und liegt wie ein Brett auf der Straße. Dabei auch noch sanft gefedert. Nicht wie die rucken brechende Federung von die mobilen chicanes aus Zuffenhausen. Etwas ist falsch gemacht.

    Die harte Federn waren sicher nicht nötig auf so ein lightweight sportscar. Geh zurück nach Original, dann hast du wieder vertrauen und schnellere Zeiten. Ich hoffe für dich die kriegen es hin bei Mathol. Du siehst wie schnell der Evora ist auf der Ring mit der Standard setup. Die Lotus Ingenieure sind die beste was Federung und setup angeht. Wenn man da was Spielereien macht kriegst du ein gefährliches Auto.

    @@gunnarhermann4686 I wished I was living close to it... unfortunately (in this regard)... Bavaria. Own a Lotus, too (Elise 111R), grew old meanwhile (48) and thinking about to sell (have young family and cannot really drive it - barely no time left)... then... not sure... maybe Evora 400 (GT410 is too expensive I guess), R8 or 911 (already had such, was pleasing, too... but in another way).

    as much as i like the gt 430's exterior, i cant get over how much of a downgrade the interior design is overall. Looks like a cheap corolla with slightly better materials inside -_-...

    Lotus is a small outfit with limited resources who specialise in chassis tuning and development. If you wanna have fun on a track, like this guy is in the video, look for the yellow badge.... If you're looking for a fancy interior, Lotus is not the manufacturer for you.

    @@Nemoticon That argument doesn't hold value considering i stated the interior change was a downgrade from the pre facelift design. It also doesn't hold water considering the New Emira interior looks amazing. This "Lotus is boutique" line of thought is utter garbage. That has no basis on why the interior design is just trash. The exterior looks beautiful. It's Just lazy thinking on your part that the interior "upgrade" is shitty and there for acceptable because the brand is niche.

    @@Themayseffect Let''s just forget the Geely became the majority share holder of Lotus in 2017, pumping shit load of cash into the company, allowing them to develop their new EV models from the ground up. Up until then, Lotus were still a small outfit building very simple car in small numbers. Being dismissive about the reality of how and why car builders do things certain ways as simply being lazy is nothing more than a misinformed opion with context and therefore entire irrelevant.
