I like the colour. Looks like the original colour was carnival red, the same as my 1968 was. At least you have the flat bonnet, where as mine has the bulge for Stombergs, despite being fitted with Webers. Was there many gel cracks to fix, mine has loads & some poorly repaired accident damage.

It had a huge amount of blisters in the gel coat. This is why we sanded right back past the gel coat in many spots. The original paint had never been re-sprayed but looked quite sad up close.
