Really cool to have the shaper talking about the board. Any review with Matt Biolos of the retro gun??

The rad ripper is really acts as a performance shortboard but gives you a few extra elements that makes it easy in even small mushy waves !!! it really can be surfed super vertical and having more elements thus making it perfect board

Great insights on sizing and keeping the length no longer than your height.

been thinking about one of these. Unsure how to size though. Typically in the 35-35.5L range, surfing the go fish/seaside, JS hyfi, etc., all in that volume range. Any recommendations? I'm 6'2"/215, pretty fit. I noticed the big gap between the 6'0" and 6'1"

If i were you i would first pick up one of these and feel under the arm, these are Pu so not similar to Go fish \ Hyfi or seaside, they do not float the same, nevertheless these and especially the rad ripper carry lots of widths and foam thus i would not go so high and Lt on these in order not to lose the extra sensitivity ! i am 80 Kg and go on 5,6 and a 5,7 rad ripperz, both are fine and even the 5,6 for me is super sensitive floats well and have that extra pivot !!!! i normaly go one 28.7 lt - on rads ripper i took 28.2 and 27.2

@@daniisrael____6326 so sounds like you went pretty much same volume and slightly lower on the rad ripz. A few years ago my quiver of 10ish boards was mostly PU and I only kept the eps for once in a while, and now my quiver is the exact opposite. I'm just more careful about when I surf the eps due to the inherent skip and chatter. That said, I miss a solid PU that rips in shit surf and can handle a little surface bump. The RR looks tits

I'm 6'2 and 75kgs. Rode the 5'10, 31.5 litres and it felt like I was sinking the board when on rail. I've just bought the 5'11, 33 litres. I could tell the board was good at 5'10 but didn't feel like the right volume. Hoping the 5'11 feels right. Be good to get board guides based on height and weight for every Lost model.

@@gijstb6870 went ok when it was offshore but rubbish in anything lumpy. Snapped it clean in half on a 2ft wave. Will stick with PU boards moving forward.
