• Introducing BASS UNTAM...
Beautifully worn and naturally warped, Lost Piano is designed to create a mood and inspire the way you play. It’s not a synthesiser but neither is it really a piano anymore. It’s the somewhere in-between that you won’t have been before. Created for experimentation. Created to push the limits on what you thought a piano could sound like.
Made from 32 sets of piano sounds that have been time-stretched and transformed through reel-to-reel, cassette tapes, guitar pedals and some unconventional plugin chains.
It also features our new custom Memories engine which generates an intelligent pattern of rhythmic sounds. More character and complexity than an arpeggiator. More curious and unconventional than a delay.
This is for the composers, creators and music makers that value the way a sound makes you feel.
It’s time to get lost . . .

This just sounds extraordinary. Congrats on the release - gorgeous patches in there.
I own all your instruments, and I've found places for them in nearly everything I've written recently. They are truly inspiring. It's a crowded field of "treated" piano VSTs, but you've brought the Westwood touch, and it's beautiful. Congrats and best of luck with Lost Piano. Can't wait to try it.
OMG - THIS IS AWESOME!! I will be purchasing it this weekend. I see that it's been out for almost a year - I don't know how I missed it! But thank God for your FG/IG ads, because that's how I found you. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Arturia's new "Augmented Piano" was a direct result of YOUR / THIS instrument coming last year. This is such a great Walkthrough - fantastic! I just watched/listened to this entire 40-minute video - really good job at demonstrating all of the amazing features. You did SUCH a good job at showing us everything that is possible here. Can't wait to get my copy and start using it! Just got this. It's amazing. The interface is so easy to use and the FX are brilliant. It's like an all in one toolbox to get many different tones for very quick inspiration, instead of loading up other 3rd party FX. Only thing is, I wish you could balance in multiple fx from the 'Mood' section and also have the noise envelope follow the sound of the piano.

Enjoying the design and the presets... but is there any way to opt out of the super binaural mix that all the pianos seem to be in? It seems like maybe they're miked as if at the player's head - any other mic options? I'd love a more neutral room mic sound that's less stereo.
Another lovely instrument from one of my favourite developers. I'm assuming we can save our own presets? 🙏

It's just Kontakt, if you know how to save a Kontakt patch then yes.

Does this library make heavy use of the CPU crippling Kontakt replica effects ?

Yes, the Memories engine uses it and the main instrument delay on the Process page use it. You can turn both off though and use your own if you prefer.
Is this available for kontakt PLAYER version only?

Hey! You can use this in either the free Kontakt Player or the full version of Kontakt. 6.2.2 or higher.

you should put a RANDOM button on the next update
Every breath you take.....breath out is my favourite. There are courses you can study to regulate breathing to stop gasping in between sentences.
Guess it's time to sell my Emu Proformance Piano module 😂
Please consider editing out all of the awkward swallowing in your videos. It's uncomfortable to watch. That said, this library sounds fantastic. Purchased.
