This film is heart balm for the times we are living in. Absorbing the gorgeous moving pictures, in the way that Ian MacKenzie seemingly effortlessly (I'm sure it took more than that) captured the love in action that emanates from Stephen, I remember who I am and what I'm doing here and now. I remember that I am of People by the Times Begotten and an Orphan Wisdom School Scholar. I remember that I am a person of consequence, and, that the absence of my presence does matter in the world. Sometimes, it's hard to keep on this mission of true purpose and grief and love in practice. Showing up can be hard. It's hard work to do things and speak about things that people sometimes don't want to hear. We have to get a handle on the stress and anxiety - corporate america and capitalism in 2019 won't do so for us. Life is short. Make it matter. Craft your purpose. You will die - not pass, not become lost, but die. This film is a testament to Stephen and Gregory and The Band's beautiful work in the world. Thanks, Ian

Thank you Stephen and Gregory for all you do. That's True and it also Happens. I was honoured to hear you both in the Blue Mountains, Sydney, a couple of years ago. "When I finally saw the ending of me, that was when I became capable. That was when God kissed me on the forehead." A Love Letter indeed.

Thank you so much. I especially like the silences & quieter backdrops to the words. Very generous of yall to offer this. Just accompanied 2 parents to their dissolution last year, no grief phobia here, nor death denial, but I'm planting trees & saving a chunk of hardwood forest for them & the life to come on earth. Basho or somebody said "Die before you die, be absolutely dead...(etc)" I so agree-- it's a joy.

Your resistance is pretty strong. It comes from somewhere. You might ask yourself where your heart and mind were when you watched this short movie. And proceed from there.
