Now I can enjoy three different plays. But still I like Doc's strong picking most. I'm a Japanese. Shamisen is a Japanese traditional instrument with three strings. Shamisen means three different tastes of strings. In comparison with usual ones there is another kind which is bigger and strings are thick, called Futojamisen. I feel somethig common with Doc's guitar. I think the gauge Doc uses is heavier than others and feel so steady. Thank you for every body who mentioned what he says.

I like how Doc provides commentary. You can tell who the soloists are by their style. Doc is really fast and plays more traditional riffs while Norman is a little slower but very clean on traditional riffs, while Rice expands the form and throws a lot of jazzy stuff in. He takes chances and while it doesn't always work in other recordings, it really does here. Love them all.
