This is so powerful. “Repent is such a beautiful word.” Amen and amen! I recently went to a freedom weekend and there was an exercise where we all stood in front of our brothers and sisters and repented of our sin. It was powerful! I know it sounds socially awkward but it was socially powerful. It was such a humbling act to go there and be transparent. We walked away whole, we cried, we prayed for each other, we stood by one another. The Holy Spirit was in that room! Ministering to each of us. We walked away realising that each of us face the same struggling. I walked into that room thinking these people don’t have much in common with me. I walked out realising we all face the same temptation and the same battle but we also have the same saviour, the same King. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Love love love this word!
