Just arrived and very first time in Fes, i decide to take a walk through the medina and have a look to the famous Bab Bou Jeloud also called "The Blue Door". I was kinda sick and tired therefore this walk might not be as smooth as usual. Also, as i got lost, those wonderful kids helped me to find out where the blue door is. As a sweet memory and archive, i would want to share with you this moment. So you can hear us talking a bit and having fun, which is the first time on this channel since i always keep silent. very rich in culture and traditions. so nice to explore and take some photo. the old gate/wall looks very interesting. and the view after that is so stunning with the mountain view.

It has certainly changed since 96...wouldn't recognize it... I suppose it has changed a lot since 1096 as well. All things pass.. It was one of the most exotic urban places I had ever seen... It has definitely been opened up. The passages are much wider.. No more kids running around delivering hot bread and steaming food!!!

Ofcourse we want to move ahead not stay behind so that tourists can enjoy how backwards we are, only to go back home two weeks later to there comfertable homes.
