I started the day off beach metal detecting in Dania Beach just south of the pier to locate a lost engagement ring. I took me about five minutes to find it. So for the rest of the day I started south and eventually made it to Hollywood Beach where I detected for the rest of the day. Always a good day to find rings but makes it a better day to return a ring to its owner.

Yes. Part of the story is they bought a metal detector and searched for 3 hours before they found me. Those cheap detectors never pick up gold.

The Dania Beach part had nothing but what I came for. I don't think a lot of people go there and the beach renourishment is covering everything. There is going to be much less as they just raised the parking to 5 dollars an hour

That's the best thing ever 🌹.... However, wearing gold jewelry when cavorting in the sand and surf is I'll advised.... Makes for fun hunting.... IF the hunters find it....😢

I just mailed another wedding band back today. It was a family heirloom. It will be in the Memorial day video and I will make a post about that one also. I still have to spend some time on the class ring I found last month. It should be an easy find but I just didn't have time to contact anyone yet

From the dog beach to past the city parking nothing there mostly fishermen few bathers.walked out with less than 2 dollars for 3 hour s of hunting the other day 😢new sand also

I know that now. I was mostly there for the ring recovery and since that was about 5 minutes I had to get more footage. Most of the good stuff came from Hollywood beach.
Did the chick that lost her engagement ring still have the guy that gave it to her?

M11 coil from Minelab Manticore. I just cut off all the dead weight to make it lighter.
So you cant metal detect the beach in Tennessee?

He lost his ring in his back yard in Tennessee. There was more to the conversation but had to cut most of it out.
