Trying out the new Lunar reaper, does feel a bit awkward rotation wise compared to before but the added utility is nice.
Skill build is the standard 4R build from community guide, but with Spinning Dagger 211 as the flex meter gen skill.

How much spec do you have? I dont gain nearly this regen with 1823 on 4r o.o
