You think if everyone stopped using them they would nerf it? I fully expect the newest vertical systems to be heavily RNG to bait the whales. Then once the whales stop swiping or people stop playing they can nerf them and say look we solved the problem we caused. Oopsies. It sucks but it means waiting for events and honing nerfs before rolling the odds.

In really surprised that stone cutting is not on here as well. You technically have to invest resources into it. But the fact its name makes me feel like they don’t want to be honest about it.

Lately I've been thinking about Gold River, ppl called him the goat, the savior, until I'm thinking about this: All these shitty system were made by him. Elixir, Transendence, Stone, Card, Bracelet, Honing. Now I'm no longer have much respect for him. These RNG layers are just too much it's ridiculous. Meanwhile new director added new honing system that is more player friendly and seems like a fresh air. I hope this game will continue to develop like this and maybe he can do something about the old systems to make player experience better.

Yeah, Goldriver is pretty much responsible for all the bad systems in the game, and yet a lot of people for some reason have respect for him. A lot of the changes that happened in recent times like the better cube or the one daily guardian raid, he had to be pressured into doing that by the playerbase because to him the old cube and two daily guardian raids was fine to him.

So this is why a game I play called Nikke, recently added probability info in everything 🤔

Thanks for the info memo! In my personal experience the 20% and 10% tripod chances feels like 10% and 5% each so looking at this ones with less than 0.1% makes me feel defeated to get some good bracelet

Honestly, not surprised that the rng chances are so horrendous. You don't need to even show them to me, i know they are horrendous because they feel bad.

Lost Ark would be so much better if they gave up 3/4 of their current RNG mechanics or implemented some sort of pity system for each and every single one (like you rolled 100 bracelets? Cool now you get to choose your perfect bracelet with max stats or something. Sounds ridicolous at first but when you realize the time you sank into the game its really not.

I expected them to rig the system in their favor to promote gambling and make players invest more time and/or money. But I didn't expect it to this extend, this is disappointing. For example we don't hate people who give out normal loans, but we sure hate or ban the agressive loan-sharks in some countries for a good reason. Good thing this game is not a subscription based game, but still sucks as an addict that they take so much advantage out of you and how little they respect your time.

We put RNG in your RNG so you can RNG while you RNG the RNG of your RNG.

Damn when I see this I somehow want to stop playing tbh... one thing is to have rng, second thing is to have very unfair rng where are trash effect with much higher percentage than desired ones...

Meh, i think smilegate did a good job with elixir. The RNG is very tough at face value, but it make you feel good when you finally get one of those level 8,9,10 bottle. And in the end, on average elixir is still cheaper, faster to finish and give more power compared to honing. It took me almost 3 months going NM akkan to get full Akkan set (cuz back then it’s hard to get 1600 with brel gears). I finished 40 set in 2 months, and many of my friends did it faster than me.

@@teddanville6996 it is not just elixirs, 0,07549% chance for legendary circulate? Especially when it is not only thing you need to have strong bracelet there is several more stats you have to hit, that is absurd. Maybe I should go and buy some lottery ticket, seems that chances would be better.

@@teddanville6996 Elixirs is arguably the worst system in the game. Takes too long to cut and there's no pity, meaning you can just get fucked and not get any useful elixir for weeks, probably months.

They say the list is getting updated. I'm curious if they'll add info about raid drop chances: getting 0/1/2 leg card, 0/1/2 engravings, chances to drop wings, special pets, esther (will most likely be displayed as 0.0000% since they round xdd)...

Pls correct me if I'm wrong, but... Chances of getting a bracelet with 110+ crit: 0.96% Less than 1% Chances of getting a bracelet with two 110+ stats: 0.0092% Not even one hundredth of a percent. Seems legit though, people drop thousands of bracelets daily.

well Fate Ember / Esther is drop items, not RNG roll so its just make sense they don't included that on the lists.

It only contains contents that requires investing resources. The drop rate of ember is 7.5~8% per run from the research. 17% gold, 20% mat, 40% card, 23% silver

Been saying it from day one, will say it again. If this game didn't have: 1) So MUCH rng involved in everything 2) Not so MANY stuff to do weekly to stay relevant It would be the best mmo ever, no cap. It's such a demanding, non forgiving game. I quit months ago and I'm happy.

Memo, Mr. Gigachad, I have an important question. Looking over the data in the link, I don't see anything for accessories. As in, what are the rates of the rolled quality (0-100), split probability between two stats on a necklace, what engravings can be rolled (class and/or combat, and the negative/red engraving) *AND* at what level (a value of 4-6 and 1-3 for ancient). Where is this data? Please let us know if it's there and I missed it, or if the government is going to force that out of the devs too. Thank you.
