Thanks for the detailed information, there's not much updated blue Gunlancer videos like this (albeit this was pre march balance patch) it was very helpful! I'm a returning player since Brel release that by then had 2.5k hours, and my old main Glaivier is now back attack andy, and I dont enjoy entropy classes much, besides a new Hunger Reaper im testing in other region (hoping June region merge bring her closer to my main server lol). But had this 1445 Blue GL alt that I was raising and enjoying , will probably buy a Voldis powerpass and get it to 1540-1580 as a top 6 gold earner in my roster.

Nice. I have somewhere over 6k hours, but I was running 2 rosters and I just recently made a third on the jumpstart server. I've only gotten 3 of my 19 characters to Akkan (bad honing luck), and of course way after he was released so I'm catching up. Finished my AT on first roster, which took a lot of time since I did that before the wandering merchant update. Still working on island souls, which I should have done summer 2022, but that's life. Mokokos, I have about 2/3 of them. I play mostly gunner classes.

About the buffs I think the best part is that bash buff is now upon usage instead of upon hit so for every time u didn’t hit it and lost like 33-40% dmg u now will have that dmg And also I am curious how hallu will be after the shout of hatred mana tripod maybe we won’t even need mana food or an real good Supp anymore that would enable me to use hallu but I might need a good KBW stone since I’m planning to use it instead of SS for Hallu

They reverted that change unfortunately, at least thats what the translation appeared to say in one of the updates they had like a week after KR got the balance patch.

@@elemental2374 if its about the bash they didnt revert it they just fixed it because it was giving the buff before the attack animation which cause the buff to be only 5.5 sec. so now it gives it after the animation (u still get the buff even if u dont hit)

@@krasitto8757 omg are u for real ?Nice! so I wasn’t wrong it did change to only use not hit the bash to get the now (Normal Skills )atk power what a relieve But I was wondering why then someone like ATK who did a Blue Gunlancer Vid didn’t mention it ? 🤔 I was thinking bc Haiguh said it was reverted and when I checked the spelling afterwards in the Korean notes that it might’ve been reverted hence ATK didn’t mention it on the vid

My friend play blue for 3 month and don't know Battlefield Shield is !! Myself never saw any blue ever use it for me .

I been playing since release. I have 3.4k hours playd 152 roster lvl 1600 main,one 1580 alt and 3 1540's LOS 18. Wont go into details like builds,gems quality and evrything else. But i do have two 100 quality weapons

Hello! Currently I'm a reflux sorc main but I suffer too much gatekeeping so I want to change main with soul eater release. Does blu gunlancer get gatekept because of low dmg? Will people still invite me in lobby? Or better use red gunlancer since he theoretically deals mofe dmg? I'm asking because I don't have a static, I mostly run with pugs so I want a main that people will accept

i have both alt reflex sor and blue gl at 1540 i could say that reflex sor is more gatekeeper than gl and gl is very good synergy for those who back/front attack as long as good stagger and giving a protection shield to the party

After the balance patches I feel much better about Blue Gunlancer's damage output! Before I felt that even if I played well I didn't do much damage, but nowadays I'm usually competing for top damage which I'm very happy with. People would be out of their mind to Ggtekeep any Gunlancers unless they aren't built correctly.

was the blue gl build with precise dagger not as good as u thought or what happened to it?

I said it in the video, I started playing with some new friends more and so now I usually have 2 crit synergies in my party whereas before I used to have none. The more crit synergies I get, the worse precise dagger’s value.

I still standby it being useable, but with 2 crit synergies you get some pretty harsh diminishing returns

i just wish they didn't move gunlancer away from nightmare and instead push it in a pseudo dps role where it never really succeeded anyway and by their design philosophy neither should it imo nightmare is it's best build but today i just did g2 voldis and that shit is so toxic towards gunlancers old build and i completely understand why it changed to hallu with switching stabalized status in favor of kb which then forces them into hallucination since kb with shit crit rate is shit build and once you go into thaemine and you realize that your shit mobility is even more of an issue you realize that crit is a bad stat and then suddenly again blue lancer seems disfunctional i've been rocking the princessmaker lately and it's insane how strong it is once the dps are good in the fight it completely offloads all mechanics burden from the dps and they can just full goblin send it it's insane and it's also so fun to play it and see the team effort stagger checks getting obliterated by yourself alone on top of very high team utility and goblin allowing capabilities imo they should just go ham and make princess maker viable option in coming raids make every raid with a static stagger bar and tauntable remove the interaction with expertiese and remove lingering taunt and just make it an interrupt based skill check since high expertiese and lingering taunt is just crazy OP and just blast damage into red lancer and tank some of it's stagger and destruction down so it doesn't compete in the same space as Blue but competes in the same space as every other dps class

They haven't changed anything that could be considered a "push" to Hallucination in my opinion, with Nightmare the highest crit you're getting is around 30% maybe 40% with Precise Dagger so there's no way that's going to be the most optimal dmg spec for any class. You can still use nightmare and just move the mana reduction tripod off of SoH and switch to something else, also you can use Stabilized Status with the Hallu build if you wanna test it out that way you can pivot between Nightmare and Hallucination because KBW nets you around the same dmg % increase as SS, with crit synergies the value of KBW goes up but it's you playing the game so you should do what you enjoy. If people are being toxic towards "old" builds that has nothing to do with you or the class/spec and is just people being dumb because nightmare is still viable if that's the preferred playstyle. Princess maker like you said can be strong, but relies solely on other people to do the damage and imo doing those same things (counters, stagger, wp) isn't difficult with main Blue GL setups and would allow you to contribute way more in damage especially with the utility changes that they're making to a lot of classes, the lone survivor of utility isn't as necessary.

@@Haiguh the mana buffs make hallu comfortable to play they also make boundless unsustainable the main reason you'd take hallu was for dps nightmare was for higher utility from the cdr and atk speed that boundless would provide so basically with the mana buffs there hardly any difference in utility between both builds but hallu does significantly more dmg

@@MostWantedWannaBE I agree Hallu does more dmg, but it doesn't mean nightmare is unplayable. They only reduced the amount of mana consumed by 2 skills, the shield bash was also reduced in CD by a second or 2 which should counteract the mana reduction bc you'd be using the skill more frequently if you're trying to get into boundless. I use nightmare for my bussing build and I was still able to do just fine in my brel 2c6 with no support pulling 10m dps which was also with precise dagger instead of adrenaline.

@@Haiguh i'm playing it it does not counteract it even with the proper rotation and high lvl gems the support just wrecks it immediately on the mana buff spec swift might be capable of maintaining it if the support unequips the mana buff :D and then it's doodoo cuz spec swift :D i do 15m in trixion with perfect rotation with hallu i approach 18 with no particular rotation in mind nightmare would be fine if you have no support so like busses like your 2man brel for example or solo valtan or solo in a 5man akkan but otherwise hallu is too much better in comparison and there is no reason to have both builds aside from 4fun i'm close to 40 set once i hit it i'll swap to hallu and ill just be sad and play princessmaker whenever i can
