had around 103k when I started and ended with around 19k

one tapped 18+to 19 but got 100 taps for twenty i spent all my luck to that 19+

first thaemine hard is full +21 and not +22 and second he is saying stop at +19 which is 1620 beacause its the ilvl needed for voldike hard

Yeah like @KeenZorse said, in the west we don't even have Voldike hard. Its coming out mid-December. We need to get there first before thinking about Thaemine or pushing weapon.
